Background: Ethical formation and servant leadership present challenges for faith-based institutions. Objective: To analyze how artistic practices contribute to ethical formation and the development of servant leadership in Adventist institutions. Methodology: A qualitative approach with a case study design was used; four key informants involved in Adventist education, the arts, music, and church leadership participated. Results: The study revealed that art acts as an aesthetic, spiritual, and ethical mediator; it fosters the internalization of values through discipline and sensitivity; it strengthens prosocial creativity and servant leadership; and it reveals a gap between the institutional recognition of art and its systematic curricular integration. Conclusion: Art provides pedagogical guidelines for forming ethical leaders committed to service.
