Background: the linear model of production and consumption has generated an environmental crisis that compromises the balance of ecosystems, which drives the search for alternatives such as the circular economy, which proposes to reduce, reuse, recycle and rethink productive processes. In the educational field, this transition requires citizens with an entrepreneurial disposition capable of transforming ideas into sustainable actions. Objective: To determine the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and the application of circular economy principles in students from a public educational institution in Lima during 2025. Methodology: Quantitative, correlational and non-experimental study, with a census sample composed of 63 secondary school students. Two Likert-type questionnaires validated by expert judgment and with a Cronbach's alpha above 0.80 were applied. The analysis was performed using Spearman's rho coefficient. Results: 60.32% of the students showed a high level of entrepreneurial attitude and 57.14% constantly applied circular economy principles. A positive and significant correlation was obtained between both variables (ρ = 0.353; p < 0.01), with significant associations in all dimensions: rethink (ρ = 0.347), reduce (ρ = 0.332), recycle (ρ = 0.317) and reuse (ρ = 0.286). Conclusion: Entrepreneurial attitude is significantly linked to the application of circular economy principles, which shows that entrepreneurial training contributes to the development of sustainable behaviors in secondary school students and supports the integration of sustainability into the school curriculum.
