Organizational learning strengthens teaching competencies and contributes to the achievement of institutional objectives. T he purpose of this study was to analyze organizational learning in the university educational context. A qualitative approach was employed through a systematic review of 18 articles in Spanish and English, published between 2019 and 2023, located in Scopus, Web of Science and Scielo databases, following the PRISMA methodology. T he results showed that organizational learning improves the internal processes of educational institutions, especially in the training and development of human talent, which has a positive impact on overall performance. It also highlights the importance of leadership, collective learning and organizational culture in promoting effective and innovative educational environments.
