Throughout the evaluation process, the originality of submitted manuscripts will be considered. Manuscripts that have already been published, are under review elsewhere, or are being considered for publication in other journals or media (print or electronic) will not be accepted under any circumstances. The use of previously published data is not permitted unless new analyses are conducted within the manuscript.
