Background: Efficient and participatory educational management organizes resources and transforms the school into a space for continuous improvement, where the quality of learning and the holistic development of students are made possible through pedagogical and administrative leadership. Objective: To determine the influence of strategic planning and process management on educational quality in a Local Educational Management Unit in Metropolitan Lima, 2025, to contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence the improvement of public educational services in the Peruvian context. Methodology: A quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational-causal design, was used with a sample of 151 workers, to whom three questionnaires validated by expert judgment, with reliability >0.90, were administered. Results: Strategic planning and process management significantly influence educational quality. The ordinal logistic regression model showed a Nagelkerke R² of 0.811, indicating high explanatory power. Higher levels of both variables are associated with better educational quality. All five specific hypotheses were significant (R² between 0.713 and 0.845). Critical areas such as monitoring, evaluation, and operational processes were identified. Conclusions: Strengthening strategic planning and process management is essential to raising the quality of education, requiring concrete actions in monitoring, training, and operational optimization to close gaps and sustainably improve public education services.
