Background: The well-being of individuals engaged in educational roles constitutes a relevant component for understanding working conditions and the effectiveness with which they perform their responsibilities. In this context, effective well-being management may foster personal and professional dispositions associated with more effective performance. Objective: To determine the relationship between well-being management and effective behavior among community educational promoters in Lima during 2026. Methodology: A quantitative study was conducted using a non-experimental, cross-sectional design with a correlational scope. The sample consisted of 104 community educational promoters, who were assessed using structured questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistical procedures were applied to analyze the relationship between the variables. Results: The findings showed that 76% of the participants presented an adequate level of well-being management, while 73% achieved a proficient level of effective behavior. Inferential analysis revealed a low, positive, and statistically significant association between the two variables, indicating that a more favorable assessment of well-being management is associated with higher levels of effective behavior. Conclusions: Well-being management is significantly associated with effective behavior among the community educational promoters evaluated. However, the low strength of this association indicates that well-being represents only one of the factors related to performance effectiveness. Therefore, other personal, occupational, and institutional conditions should be considered to further strengthen effective performance.
