The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become increasingly common in education, providing students with access to a wide range of resources and opportunities for interactive learning. The study aims to describe the use of ICT in students of a Higher Technological Institute. The method was basic and quantitative in approach. The design for data collection was a field study. The sample consisted of 180 students who were surveyed by means of an online questionnaire. The dimensions are access to information, communication, content creation, security and problem solving. The results showed that the use of ICT is at a regular level (56.1%). It was concluded that there are current challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of ICT in education.
