Creative teaching has become a key approach to improve educational quality and fosters students' integral development. The objective of the study was to determine the influence of creative teaching on the pedagogical practice of teachers in an educational institution. A quantitative and correlational design was applied to a sample of 25 teachers from different educational levels. Two instruments were used to collect data: the Creative Teaching Styles Questionnaire (CEEC), which measures the application of creative methods by teachers, and a pedagogical observation scale. The correlation between the dimensions of creative teaching and pedagogical practice was significant (r = 0.78, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that creative teaching has a positive impact on pedagogical practices, especially on the dimensions of flexibility and originality.
