Es crucial resaltar el papel fundamental de la investigación-acción en el crecimiento profesional docente y en el fomento de habilidades tanto en estudiantes como educadores, enfrentando desafíos y proponiendo soluciones esenciales. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar los resultados de su implementación en el sistema educativo. La metodología utilizada fue la revisión sistemática de trabajos entre 2020 y junio de 2023. Luego de aplicar los criterios de elegibilidad se identificando 22 artículos elegibles. Los hallazgos indican que la aplicación de ciclos de planificación, acción, observación y reflexión facilita la resolución de problemas educativos y promueve la colaboración entre los involucrados. En conclusión, estos descubrimientos son vitales para la mejora educativa y constituyen una base sólida para investigaciones futuras y políticas respaldadas en la investigación-acción.

It is crucial to emphasize the fundamental role of action research in the professional growth of teachers and in fostering skills in both students and educators, addressing challenges and proposing essential solutions. The aim of this study was to analyze the outcomes of its implementation in the educational system. The methodology employed was a systematic review of works conducted between 2020 and June 2023. After applying eligibility criteria, 22 eligible articles were identified. Findings indicate that the application of cycles involving planning, action, observation, and reflection facilitates the resolution of educational issues and promotes collaboration among those involved. In conclusion, these findings are vital for educational improvement and provide a solid foundation for future research and policies grounded in action research.
