Public universities are coping with the quality of educational service ineffectively and inefficiently during the pandemic in Latin America; Therefore, there is a need to verify whether an adequate management of the quality of the university educational service would achieve the fulfillment of the goals. The objective was to relate the quality of educational service in the fulfillment of university goals. The method was approached through the quantitative approach and correlational descriptive analysis, carried out with 52 university workers in charge of quality management. The technique was a survey and through data processing it was obtained that the quality of educational service is related to the fulfillment of university goals. The conclusions were that it is necessary to carry out awareness-raising actions and that the goals must be in accordance with the new social changes, caused by the pandemic and conjuncture, guaranteeing the quality of educational service.
