Producción científica mundial sobre el clima laboral en universidades estatales: un enfoque bibliométrico y de redes

Un clima laboral negativo y despiadado obstaculiza la productividad, mientras que los climas laborales de apoyo y positividad crean las condiciones para el crecimiento y el mejor desempeño. Dada la importancia del clima laboral, es que el estudio tiene por objetivo caracterizar la producción científica mundial sobre clima laboral en universidades estatales, evaluando las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science, extrayéndose 107 documentos, generándose un promedio de citas superior en Scopus de 6,15 y 4.76 para Web of Science. Destaca el autor Osman Adam y la revista, Higher Education, Indonesia y Brasil son los países con mayor cantidad de investigaciones y el tipo de producción científica que más destaca son los artículos originales. Finalmente se concluye evidenciando un leve decrecimiento de la producción científica, proponiéndose temas que relacionan el clima con el work employee management, impact perceptions design y como tema emergente y desafiante: consequences culture level.
A negative and ruthless work climate hinders productivity, while supportive and positive work climates create the conditions for growth and better performance. Given the importance of work climate, the study aims to characterize the global scientific production on work climate in state universities, evaluating the Scopus and Web of Science databases, extracting 107 documents, generating a higher average number of citations in Scopus of 6.15 and 4.76 for Web of Science. The author Osman Adam and the journal, Higher Education, Indonesia and Brazil are the countries with the greatest amount of research and the type of scientific production that stands out the most are the original articles. Finally, it is concluded by evidencing a slight decrease in scientific production, proposing topics that relate climate with work employee management, impact perceptions design and as an emerging and challenging topic: consequences culture level.
