The Journal of Research in Educational Sciences, Horizontes, aims to disseminate and publicize advances and results of scientific and humanistic research in education, adopting a transdisciplinary approach within both national and international contexts.

Horizontes is a scientific and humanistic journal specializing in the field of education, created by CET Bolivia Publishing and the Public University of El Alto, and operates under an open-access model. Horizontes is a quarterly, peer-reviewed (double-blind) open-access journal published in Spanish.
