Las técnicas y estrategias educativas innovadoras potencian el aprendizaje significativo, fomentan la creatividad y preparan para desafíos globales. El objetivo del presente artículo fue describir el estado de las investigaciones sobre las tendencias, desafíos e impacto de la gamificación y la Inteligencia Artificial en la educación. La metodología utilizada fue una revisión sistemática cualitativa, se seleccionaron 15 artículos comprendidos entre 2021 y 2025, usando el método PRISMA. Los resultados destacan el impacto transformador de estas técnicas, potenciando un aprendizaje motivador, personalizado y eficiente; fomentan habilidades críticas como el pensamiento computacional y la resolución de problemas, al tiempo que mejoran la participación activa y la retención de conocimientos. Las conclusiones, señalan que la gamificación y la IA convergen para transformar la experiencia educativa, promoviendo un aprendizaje más motivador e interactivo y personalizado. Sin embargo, su implementación enfrenta desafíos como la formación docente, adaptación estudiantil y consideraciones éticas.

Innovative educational techniques and strategies enhance meaningful learning, foster creativity, and prepare for global challenges. The objective of this article was to describe the state of research on the trends, challenges, and impact of gamification and Artificial Intelligence in education. The methodology used was a qualitative systematic review, selecting 15 articles from 2021 to 2025 using the PRISMA method. The results highlight the transformative impact of these techniques, enhancing motivating, personalized, and efficient learning; they foster critical skills such as computational thinking and problem-solving, while improving active participation and knowledge retention. The conclusions indicate that gamification and AI converge to transform the educational experience, promoting more motivating, interactive, and personalized learning. However, their implementation faces challenges such as teacher training, student adaptation, and ethical considerations.
